GoogleThe people will rob you of every penny they can. When reading the reviews I noticed all 5 star reviews were given in reference to the viewing process. This is the trick they use to get you in the door and then they will treat you like dirt.

I've been with CPS for 3 years now and they have provided an excellent service throughout this time: spending hours with myself and my housemates to make sure that we got the house that was right for us! Would absolutely recommend to others, a trustworthy estate agents that really help students.

Dear Amy, We’re sorry to hear that you feel there’s been an error with regards to your tenancy start date and are keen to find out how this may have happened. Tenancy agreements are signed by tenants first, then by us on behalf of the landlord, and we don’t appear to have a record of either side raising a query in regards to the start date immediately before or after it was signed. The start date also tallies with what was agreed when you first chose to rent the property.
