GoogleCPS are well known as one of the most corrupt and useless letting agency's in the country let alone the city. DO NOT rent with them, they will steal your deposit on sketchy premises. The houses are overpriced and barely fit for human habitation.

TrustpilotThanks CPS.
Happy to say that for the most part we communicate and come to fair conclusions to issues in a convivial manner most often. It's been a positive experience over approx. 6 years so far. (4 stars?.. there's always room for improvement, I guess), G.

TrustpilotVery efficient service
Very efficient service - booked a viewing for the day after and was able to get the time that we wanted. Helpful and informative staff that aided us in finding more houses that we wanted to look at than just the ones we found online. Highly recommend.

Was shown around by a really friendly woman who answered all of our questions and understood all our concerns. Only issue has was it was a bit hectic there were dozens of other students around I think some staff found difficult to keep track. But would definitely recommend. :)

Marie Willis helped me out efficiently and professionally with a problem relating to our heating. She emailed me a list of easy to follow instructions on resetting the boiler pressure and it worked - no need for a contractor to come out!

GoogleAbsolutely the best example of incompetence, our landlord was changed mid-contract and we are not even notified. All sorts of bills problem came along with it, and we are helpless against. Do not go there whatsoever unless you like to be abused mentally and financially.
