Viewed 2 properties that they were offering. The girl who showed us around was lovely, gave a lot of info and answered all our questions. We ended up deciding to have one of the properties and the initial process at the office was super chilled and easy - we get the keys in 2 weeks and we cannot wait. Thank you CPS

Great service received. I would recommend CPS homes to anyone looking to rent a property. Any issues with the property were picked up and dealt with by the agent without a need to be prompted. GoogleReally fast at contacting back and sorting out appointment, found our house incredibly quickly and we were late to signing up for a house as many were already gone. Found our house on the first viewing, second house we viewed. IN credibly forward in contacting landlords to sort out damaged houses or to repaint sections of the house. Very friendly, would 100% recommend.

So far so good. We were shown the apartment by Sian and being as lovely as it is, we decided to take it straight away. We went straight to the office and met a few of the other staff, all super friendly and helpful. Communication since has also been quick and clear. No hassles whatsoever! If I could give zero stars I would. Do not tell your children to book accommodation through these people, they are difficult to contact, they don’t respond to emails or calls, they are rude, and they avoid refunding deposits. Dreadful company. This post has been edited because CPS objected to some of the adjectives used in the original review.

The whole viewing/securing process was easy to do and we were able to sort everything out in a way that suited us - which was perfect! WORST agency ever!!! Entering our apartment without notification, leaving us without a fridge for 2 months, we literally have to email them 10 times until they decide to come and fix something. We’ve been living in our apartment for 7 months now, but still got issues that they promised to fix when we move in!!! Well they haven’t!!!

Quick and helpful service and we are very happy with the home we went for, however there was a lot of pressure placed apon us to go for the house there and then. It was very obvious they were trying to pressure us and it almost put us off getting the house even through it was the one we wanted!
