GoogleTerrible, scammed out of hundreds out of our deposit for damage which was there when we moved in, no wonder the council were investigating them.

GoogleI never had such poor service in all the years I have been renting. Wrong information given, wrong amounts quoted. The person who showed around the property was extremely rude and unpleasant. The propety management service was even worse with CPS homes trying on several occasions to insinuate that we should bear the cost of repairs that had to be paid by the landlord. Absolutely terrible.

I recently signed for a property with CPS. They were really helpful in finding us options to look at and when it came to signing for the property we chose they completed the paperwork efficiently. I had no worries throughout; CPS were professional and informative regarding what we needed to know and do when signing for the property.

Very professional and helpful throughout the selling process. Despite, our sale falling through twice the were prompt and ensured consistent communication to ensure all my questions and concerns were resolved. I would be happy to use them again in the future.

TrustpilotStill haven't responded to deposit dispute
Cps homes still haven't even responded to the dispute over the deposit well over a year after moving out. Today they contacted offering us 25% of the disputed funds back (through email, not through the proper mediation channel) if we agreed to close the dispute. Shocking company to deal with: Am glad that I will never have to deal with them ever again.

CPS have managed my property since 2015. I live abroad and CPS manages all my tasks - lettings, statutory licenses, maintenance, renewals, rent collection and arrears. Most of the time I get excellent service though service can sometimes be a bit tardy when more than one department is involved. But in the main, its 2.99% cheers for CPS!

My daughter and friends have a student flat opposite Cardiff union via this agent . They have for the last 2 months being trying to get mould in bedrooms dealt with and now a leak causing running water in another bedroom . They keep getting fobbed off .They are now questioning paying full rent and being threatened by late payments .Shocking

GoogleWe woke up this morning to no hot water, so I emailed CPS. Within 2 hours I received a call and Patch Horrocks quickly turned up, saw to the issue and showed us how to see to the issue with the boiler should it happen again. His service was fast, polite and much appreciated, thank you!

GoogleCurrently renting a student property from CPS. We had a small leak coming from our top floor shower to the floor below. I emailed Patch late in the evening about this and he got back to me ASAP the next morning and a plumber was sent within an hour. Very happy with how he’s helped us!

GoogleNice agents, but they do not care about what they sell. They sold me a flat, promised me a lot of changes and did not even make sure that these promises were kept by the landlord. In the end it has been an awful experience, and I cannot recommend them. Just a loss of money. I truly hope it was a one-time bad experience.
