CPS Homes have been my managing agent of choice for at least the last 9 years. They are easy to deal with and have kept my studio rented out over that time. A further plus would some styling advice to ensure the flat is looking it's best for the short periods in between tenancies and to maximise the rental income or is that asking too much?Thanks for your help over the years CPS Homes.

The help we have recently received from the maintenance team at CPS has been brilliant. I applied for my room and CPS came back to me within a day or two which is shows a type of professionalism that other letting agents, particularly student letting agents don"t always show. CPS have given me a fantastic service for the last 8 years. Whether it be accounting, advice, managing tenants or organising tradesmen to fix problems they haven't let me down. The only area I'd wish to improve is the end of tenancy inspection - problems are picked up by new tenants, which should have identified during this inspection and charged against previous occupants bonds. Apart from this I fully endorse CPS!

Good Afternoon Christian, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry that you are not happy with the service you have experienced. The last two months have been challenging for everyone, with many members of our staff working away from the office due to Covid-19. Whilst this does not excuse a lack of communication, it has meant there has been a slight delay in correspondence recently. However, this is something we are seeking to overcome with more staff returning to the office over the next few weeks where possible. When prospective Landlords call us, we have to gather relevant information in order to establish how best to help and advise you. We wouldn’t want to wrongly advise or mislead you, but you only have to give us information you are comfortable doing so. Again, we can only apologise if you feel we asked for too much information at that stage. We would love to have a discussion with you within the next week to see if we can rectify this, and help find tenants for your property. Hi Qingmeng Wen, Thank you for your review, and we're sorry that you've had a less than positive experience with us. The majority of the 5,000 contract-holders we house each year are students, so we can assure we are setup to let properties to students. It wouldn't make business sense to reject viewing requests without good reason, so we can assure you we don't do this lightly, though we do have to ensure that prospective contract-holders meet our referencing requirements before going out on a viewing. This is especially relevant in the current market where every available listing is attracting a great number of enquiries.
