Charlotte Atwell@CPS Homes. I have been a landlord with properties managed by CPS Homes for about 7 years. Recently, I have been given a lot of assistance by Charlotte, who always responds to me promptly, professionally and in a way that resolves my queries. You can't ask for more than the service provided by CPS homes, and Charlotte provides an excellent example of their professionalism.

Absolutely shocking agency!! Staff are rude and half the time don’t have a clue what’s going on. They try to make up random extortionate charges (to boost up their pockets probably). Any issues with maintenance has taken on average about 6 weeks to fix but they are quick enough to charge and demand money off you. Over all they are a terrible letting agency that completely rip off students and give zero support.

GoogleVery easy to deal with and made the entire process simple. Very friendly and engaging staff who went out of their way to help with my questions. Easy process from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and have used their services for two years now!

Avoid! Extremely poor customer service. They don’t even have the decency to call and tell you your appointment has been cancelled they’ll just wait for you to call when you’ve been waiting at the property 10 minutes to tell you that it’s been cancelled. And then don’t apologise and tell you the office who deals with it will call you back and not call back because nobody has the integrity to take accountability for their actions!

Had to chase they every stage of the way, original signing, resigning, the duration of the tenancy and the end of the tenancy. They lack communication and just generally make the situation more difficult. The individuals are friendly but ineffective.

GoogleOne of the better estate agents. Go out of their way to find you a place to your specifications and they themselves take care of some properties as well so it gives you confidence in the brand. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to rent a house.

GoogleThe agent I spoke with, Chelsea S was very happy to help me and made everything very clear and easy to understand. I applied for my room and CPS came back to me within a day or two which is shows a type of professionalism that other letting agents, particularly student letting agents don"t always show. I was very happy with service. Would defo recommend.

GoogleUpon finding a property CPS were helpful and informative. However, I have had difficulty with them since renting a property as they have not responded to my request of help with mould growing on my bedroom wall beside my bed and other problems with our house.
