GoogleBilly took us for our viewings and answered any and all of our queries about the property. He was excellent and was even able to swindle us a new sofa for the property.

TestimonialI have been very happy with the way CPS have managed my property over the last 12 months. The staff are really friendly and efficient and always inform me about any issues or problems that need addressing m, such as tenants leaving early, work that needs to be carried out regarding plumbing or electrical work....They always ask before anything is carried out. Also the tenants sourced have been reliable and I haven't had any problems regarding the rent being paid. I would definitely recommend CPS to anyone who is thinking of renting their property .Karen Thomas ..

GoogleStaff WERE friendly when we approached them to rent a house BUT after we moved in, they are very unfriendly and seem to push all the problems to us. We have wasps infestation and we called an exterminator BUT CPS did not allow them to come into our house as we are not allowed to deal with the landlord and anyone else before we contact CPS (even for urgent issues like this). When we send emails or call them, the staff aren't friendly anymore. We suspected a mice infestation as well and called CPS. They told us that it is a problem that we should deal with ourselves if we have moved in for more than 21 days and we cannot contact our landlord. This seems like they are only after the money all this while. REGRET RENTING A HOUSE WITH CPS! (rank one star because I have to so that I can post this but they deserve none)

GoogleCPS are terrible. They're fine if nothing goes wrong but if you have any problems at all with your property their incompetence will drive you to insanity. Every time I called up to report a problem I would get a new person on the phone who would have to read over the notes on the property to 'catch up' on disaster saga that had been going on every since we moved in. They were quite often very rude and patronising (an attitude which is common towards young people or students trying to rent). The property notes were always badly written so they either wouldn't have any record of the original complaint or messages would get lost in translation. The contractors they send out are always atrocious and don't seem to know what they are sent out to do or how to do it and the physical state of the property I was let should be illegal. I understand that a lot of the problems were the fault of the landlord but they should communicate more closely with their landlords or tenants should be given the opportunity to communicate directly with the landlord. They absolutely need to update their protocol for writing notes and passing on messages, perhaps properties should have a small team of people assigned to it so that thing like this don't happen every single time someone calls them. (Not kidding. Every. Single. Time.) I will never let with CPS again.

I applied and rented a property from CPS with the help of Sophie from the rental team and Rhiannon, both were very quick and responsive, and the whole process was extremely smooth. This is really helpful for me because I had to travel to Cardiff for the viewings and couldn't stay there for long.

GoogleThe WORST company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Staff are the rudest people I have ever come across. 0 Hours notice on house viewings, with (so far) up to 6 in one day. Break a majority of rules written out in their own contract ( which they also have the pleasure of charging you for) and expect to get away with it because the majority of customers are students. Would not recommend, Find someone that doesn't charge agency fees and will actually look after you.

GoogleNot a terrible letting agency when you’re not a student. In student lettings, they consistently side with the landlord, treat you like children and allow the landlord to try to take vast sums from your deposit for damage that was already done when you moved in. We had over £2000 taken from our DPS protected deposit, luckily we appealed the decision and won since the damage was not our doing.

Appreciated them being honest and straight with me about properties, and organising everything to suit me perfectly. Really takes care of clients unlike other agencies, would definitely recommend!

YellCPS Homes - Shocking!
From our experience... reasons not to use CPS Homes:1: No people skills 2: Absolutely no after sales care at all 3: Rude, unhelpful and no communication skills 4: Say that have written to you when they have not 5: When I phoned and got so frustrated I hung up on them, a week later I phoned them back and they hung up on me in retaliation. Nice professionalism... and by your managers none the less... 6: Rent out horrible properties. (They take pictures of a few nice ones but like to have a dabble in the odd sh hole...) 7: Read their reviews before using... I have kindly attached them at the bottom of the post for your reference 8: I have attached a picture of our window... We were told it is not damp it is condensation... their advice open a window and put the heating on... Nice work guys ;) - p.s if you notice condensation on the windows we were unable to dry it as it is in the middle of the double glazing... but yeah... "condensation" 9: The landlord that this company is acting on behalf is a liar. Not so much the fault of CPS Homes but have done nothing to help with the matter. 10: I don't like them - (not really sure how else to articulate my last point but it feels relevant)

Dreadfull! Desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers took six weeks to arrive in a student let! Leaking radiators, shower not working, open light fitting, no doorbell, broken toilet, missing lock, bed falling apart, dirty mattress, stinking sofas, mould on walls and now a gas leak........just some of the delights you can expect from a CPS property. They present themselves as efficient but nothing gets done unless you repeatedly complain and they still charge £800 PER MONTH!!!
