GoogleThe agent I spoke with, Chelsea S was very happy to help me and made everything very clear and easy to understand. I applied for my room and CPS came back to me within a day or two which is shows a type of professionalism that other letting agents, particularly student letting agents don"t always show. I was very happy with service. Would defo recommend.

I only have 1 property to let and CPS have always been brilliant - not just in finding tenants but helping with all of the other stuff HMO licences, repairs, improvements, and the host of checks and certificates you need nowadays. thank you.

Tiffany and CPS were very helpful from the start. I was always kept fully informed of any potential viewings and if there was a change to the booking I was notified immediately. Any queries I had Tiffany dealt with in a swift and professional manner. I would certainly use CPS again when selling a property.

TrustpilotQuick and efficient check out
Quick and efficient check out, Special mention to Karolina for how helpful she was. Overall good service with no problems.

TrustpilotQuick and efficient staff and viewings
Quick and efficient staff and viewings. At times CPS feels rather synthetic, not-so-human you could say, which has benefits and drawbacks when it comes to choosing an estate agent. I would say the only thing halting CPS and it achieving 5 stars is the agency fees. It does seem rather ludicrous that £120 'takes the house off the market's as it was put when it is merely and rather transparently an admin fee.

Bought my house through CPS Homes and now looking to sell with them. By far, the best and easiest estate agents in Cardiff. The rest really seem to be running some sort of pay to view racket. They are incredibly professional, always available for helpful advice and very friendly
