Derry Salter inspected my property today, she was polite and thorough and made some good recommendations to maintain the property. She also fed back a maintenance issue to the landlord which I’m grateful for. Thank you :)

GoogleThe staff at CPS home are kind and very soft spoken. Please ask for Ellie Quick when you call , she was the staff who handled my enquiry and house search. She was very professional and patiently guided me on the best options available within my budget. I didn’t feel any pressure through out the process and I’m glad I chose cpshomes.

GoogleVery professional and helpful, some criteria wasn't fulfilled 100% but understandable as not everything can be covered in every property. Despite this I am very happy with the property we ended up choosing and would definitely recommend CPS to others.

TrustpilotFriendly, Fast and Reliable.
Fast and friendly! Oliva provided us with all the information needed. Made the appointment and rescheduled it to fit all of us all in to view a house. When viewing the house she was realistic with our budget. She organised the viewings from most expensive to least. This showed us realistically what we could expect from a house. I suggest every student use CPS Homes to book their student house!
