GoogleExcellent service from CPS. A relaxed, positive atmosphere when welcomed into the branch. The viewings went very well, and each property matched our requirements, and all questions were answered clearly and honestly. I would definitely recommend CPS to anybody looking for accommodation. We are looking forward to move into our flat in 2015!! Thank You CPS :)

Absolutely crap. Not returning emails. Lying about problems that were wrong with the property before you even moved in. Massive issues with the property when you do move in (we had a literally explosive microwave). Don't go anywhere near them if you can avoid them

As a buyer of one of their properties I can only comment on the 'touch points' when they followed us up; asking who our lawyers were, or when we were instructing a survey and, finally, when we might be exchanging contracts.After all their fees are not being paid by us, but the seller, so as they work for the seller they don't really provide much of a service to the buyer.However, I can say all contact was professionally handled and that should bode well to anyone wantingt to use them for selling, and letting, of their property.

Nathan Walker, director of sales at CPS Homes was incredibly helpful and absolute pleasure to deal with from the moment I viewed the property, through to completion. Things took a little longer than anticipated due to the current pandemic situation, however both Nathan at CPS Homes and the developer Coal & Brick LTD were patient in understanding my situation.After sales care and communication has also been incredibly prompt and efficient.Do yourself a favour and request to deal with Nathan directly if you have the chance!Thank you CPS :)

Having decided to move home to Cardiff I browsed CPS Homes website which was excellent, having seen several houses we liked I contacted Sian at there Cardiff office who was most pleasant and professional, she arranged a couple of viewings at short notice of which we attended, again everything was well arranged and relaxed.Having very much liked one of the homes CPS Homes have helped with the smooth purchase with there expertise and friendly service hence I would highly recommend.

Gave me a lot of very informative information about the area I am looking at, the types of property available and answered all my questions clearly. We chose a fully managed option as landlords with CPS. Although we are resigning due to finding tenants quickly the communication was poor and slow if we received any which was frustrating.Seems the company has a high turnover of staff apart from Flo who is quick to respond and responsive when you contact her.
