I am living in the property since last 8 months and I am really loving it. Cps is doing a great job in solving the issue real quick.They are really helpful in taking care of the tenants. I especially mention Mr. Rhys Owen who did a great job regarding my tenancy contract.The landlord is really nice and genuinely caring towards the tenant.I definitely recommend.

I had a house viewing with CPS Homes today, unfortunately our first choice was unavailable however the agents went over and above to find us worthy replacements for that property. In fact in the end, we decided that one of the replacements was even better than at first glance and we decided to go ahead with that property, overall great experience and i would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Im a landlord and Rhys from cps has always has being in great in helping myself with my properties keeping ne up ti date with legislations and changes in law to maintain my proprties are up to date with my lettings. Rhys always happy to give myself time and advice regarding my properties. Would recommend cps homes if anyone with properties and need them managed i wouod highly recommend them and rhys

GoogleMe and my partner will be soon moving in to a new property thanks to CPS and their operator Rhiannon. In terms of admin work and tenant liaison, it was handled very efficently whilst remaining flexible with certain needs. Admin fixtures did turn up, however they were dealt with great understanding and haste. Thank you for your help Rhiannon!

GoogleCPS Homes have done it again. The video's showing the properties are very professional indeed. The properties where literally only on the website for 2 days and all let. Tamara Price and Karolina Wabia are so helpful and very professional at what they do, i would recommend anyone who needs any help or information, to give either of them a call, i am sure they would have the remedy needed for your situation, especially if its renting your property. A+ from me

GoogleAs 3 uni students trying to find a house in March during a pandemic we really struggled to find a company that was really interested in helping us find a house we could make a home rather than just trying to sell us anything. CPS homes proved to be the most efficient and lovely company for this. After finding a property we liked online and applying for more information I was contacted very quickly by Ellie who answered all of our questions, even contacting the landlord to confirm a few things. I am very grateful for the amazing service we were given, and we have happily found our new home!

My heater in the bathroom has been broken since i moved in, few months and i have mould and damps growing in my bath and CPS have done nothing about and they just ask for pictures.They didn't even take this pandemic seriously and have their staff put even more pressure on teants.
Dear Ali,Thank you for placing your review on record; the second we have had from you in the last 10 days.Your tenancy started in September and yesterday (7th May: the same date you placed your review) is the first time we received a report that your heater in the bathroom wasn't working. We promptly informed your landlord, who advised us that she will look at the matter today. This was communicated to you immediately. We believe this action is as swift as it can be and well within expected timescales.In terms of "mould and damp", we asked you for photos - like we do all our tenants when reporting such issues - so we can ascertain which of the two it is. Mould is typically caused by condensation, whereas damp is caused by a structural defect with the building, so they're two very different things. Mould can be caused by the occupants' living conditions, such as not heating or ventilating a room adequately enough. In this instance, that would tally with your heater not working, so once your landlord fixes the heater, it will be able to be managed and prevented moving forward. To reiterate what we said then, we appreciate that the precarious climate surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted us all one way or another, with many losing their jobs or being put on furlough.Students or professionals, we encourage all of our tenants who are experiencing any difficulty to come forward so that we are able to liaise between them and the landlord and come to mutual agreement/payment plan. We are pleased to report that we have already agreed a large number of payment plans between tenants and landlords.No late rent charges have been added where tenants have been in touch to let us know they are in financial difficulty and have entered into a line of open communication with us. GoogleAbsolutely incredible service. Me and my 6 other house mates are booking with them next year as well! The houses were very well presented in the online photographs and although people are living in the houses we viewed, they we all kept tidy and presentable. We look forward to living in our house with CPS in September!
