GoogleHad a problem with my heating but a convivial, intelligent and helpful property advisor called Zara solved the issue in a timely and efficient manner. Would definitely recommend CPS if you value support and good customer service.

GoogleGreat service, it was quick and easy for us to find a house we liked and we had no troubles in booking appointments and extra appointments for house viewings. It only took us 2 house viewings in one day to find the perfect house for us, which speaks to the company's ability to know and find a perfect suiting home for their clients.

This is not the first time I have used the services of CPS Homes to sell a property. I have always received excellent advice and after sales service. Their successful sales team are friendly and well informed about sales in particular areas. I would always recommend anyone selling a property to go to CPS first!

GoogleMy other half and I have recently agreed to let a property through CPS homes and have found them to be extremely responsive and easy to deal with. Both Florence and Rhiannon at CPS were on hand to provide clear instructions throughout the process and answered our queries within the hour! Our experience so far has been extremely positive and we can’t wait to move in!

Recently sold a property through CPS and have been impressed with the service from listing through to completion. Great photos from Scott showed off the property, Social media and Rightmove utilised to fill the diary with viewings before Sian nailed down multiple offers.Due to the current market conditions I had considered marketing the property myself. The Sales Progression support from CPS was however first class and head and shoulders above various "Internet Based Estate Agents" (we dealt with 2 thoughout our journey). Chelsea in particular was crucial in keeping everyone in the chain aware of any developments with regular communication. After various hurdles this was integral to the eventual success of the chain.Thankyou to Chelsea + CPS, we love our new home!

CPS provide great value for money on their sales service. In terms of cost they are competitive with all of the other estate agents, but CPS provide much higher quality photography and marketing. I was able to achieve a price that was 25k higher than the price that other estate agents were willing to market my property for. This shows how well CPS were able to showcase the hard work that went into my renovation, which in the end was well worth it!

GoogleThey charged me for light bulbs that ran out. They also did not fix a water leak in the ceiling for a whole year despite repeated calls and emails. Couch and floor was ruined but still ... ignored everything. Contract with them at your own risk.

We've tried to locate you by name on our database, so that we can look into your concerns regarding the leak, but we haven't been able to find you. We'd appreciate it if you could get back to us with the property you rented, as it would be of concern to us that such an issue was left for a year. We can't currently see how that would be possible, so would welcome the opportunity to look into it more and provide clarity. Regarding light bulbs, these are a tenant's responsibility to replace (it falls under "tenant-like manner", so if you moved out without some working, we would have had to instruct a contractor to replace them at your own cost. Don’t understand the policy of not having second viewings, has meant one of our housemates is renting a house without having seen it (we were not told about this policy until we enquired). This policy needs to be made clearer, and from the start. Other than that CPS seem OK, but haven’t actually rented with them before.

Good Evening, Thank you for taking time to write a review; we value feedback from everyone! Our policy around no second viewings comes from not wanting to overly disturb the current tenants by organising excessive viewings. Similarly, with the speed in which properties get rented, if we committed to a second viewing it could be that another group who previously viewed it come in to secure it in the meantime, as a property cannot be reserved until the Holding Deposit has been paid - and we wouldn’t want you to miss out! This said, we completely see where you are coming from and would never want to force anyone to make a decision if they were not comfortable doing so. Where situations such as yours arise, we would always be happy to facilitate a second viewing by passing over your contact details to the current tenants, so that you can organise this with them directly. Most groups are happy with this as it means you will be able to visit the property at a more suitable time as you are not restricted to our office hours. Googleabsolutely awful customer service to start with ( before i moved into a property with cps) the flat i have been rented is full of mould, pubes, floor grime, rusty radiators and that’s just a few things. if your a parent do not let your kids rent from these absolute cowboys. cardiff students deserve better and cps homes should be shut down! watch joe lycetts got your back, he exposes cps for the company they really are.
