I would recommend CPS Homes with no reservation, the whole experience was very positive. Nathan was enthusiastic about my property, I was the vendor, even though it was quite a complicated set-up and the offers I received were well above the asking price. I will be using them again with no hesitation. Well done CPS.

Top class service from the CPS team. From start to finish we were looked after by Nathan throughout, and were supported off the back of that by the team in the office. I believe that Nathan’s knowledge of the market along the way the property was marketed on the CPS website with professional photographs and an amazing video is what ensured success when it came to selling our house. It was photographed, put online and sold in less than 2 weeks! Highly recommended 👍🏻

I have had a number of issues since moving into my new apartment in Cardiff Bay. These have been dealt with by a member of the maintenance team at CPS Homes, in Cardiff. The member who stands out is a person called Jessica Jones. She has been exemplary in dealing with all matters which required attention. She is very professional, excellent communicator, and extremely nice to deal with. This is why she is entitled to my 5 star review. An asset to her employer.

The CPS team are incredibly professional, proficient & supportive. From meeting Nathan who was friendly & honest which for me the latter I valued enormously, to the phenomenal Chelsea who was always at the end of the phone to give advice, to help, and to at times push where needed. The be-spoke sales videos they create to market your home have a real creative flair about them. They are professionally produced & of a high quality & are a great marketing asset to selling your home. The overall experience of selling my home was a positive one & highly recommend the team at CPS! 😊

We have recently moved our property to CPS, so far our experience with the team has been great. In particular, Jordan Parry. He has been very helpful and professional from the moment I reached out to CPS to become our property manager. He has taken care of everything on our behalf whilst transferring from another agent, including reaching out to the other agent directly. He’s very knowledgeable and answers any queries via email promptly.

Googlecps were a very easy company to deal with, very friendly although clearly very busy and sometimes could not give us their full attention due to chaotic offices - though this was expected during such a busy month for student lets viewings and signings. Tom our agent was really helpful and managed to find us an amazing property that fitted all our needs including me who was super fussy. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe had a really excellent experience with CPS Homes. When booking the viewing slot, they were quick and efficient. On the day, they showed us to a variety of houses and the one we eventually ended up getting was a suggestion from them! They knew a lot about each property which helped us a lot when deciding and made the whole experience very comfortable. We would definitely recommend CPS Homes to others.
