YellIf I could leave zero stars I would,If I could leave zero stars I would.
Do not go with this company I am warning you now. They would not replace my mouldy bed. The kitchen cupboards were infested with mould the whole house smelt like mould. They said it was our fault. They wouldn’t let us look at the house before we signed the contract. They take advantage of students. I went back to look at the house during graduation, they had removed the front of the house. Unprofessional and unhelpful, they will not address any problems unless you threaten them that environmental health is going to come. They have been investigated before for being a dodgy company. Do not go with this company.

avoid at all costs, unless you want to be harassed with viewings, inspections and builders on a weekly (sometimes daily, multiple times a day) basis with no notice being given prior take months to sort out any issues being reported including pests and leakswill never deal with cps again and can’t wait for my agreement to end, never known a letting agents like it

GoogleThis company takes procrastination to a new level! They are determined to hang on to your money as long as possible. It is now almost 4 months since my daughter vacated the property. There were two minor wear & tear issues which weren't justified and we are still waiting! One star is more than they deserve.

CPS Homes have helped considerably after a tenant left my flat in very poor condition needing a LOT of expensive work done. CPS Homes were quick to get repair, re-carpet, redecoration and cleaning quotes and were able to send in the trades to quicky restore the flat to a much better condition for new tenants. Their advice was invaluable and, once all the work was done, some new furniture was installed, they have managed to turn my flat around with a new tenant very quickly. As I am no longer living nearby, it was reassuring to have expert eyes and care through CPS Homes' agents (Jordan, Flo, Max and others) when I couldn't be present. I valued their expertise and marketing skills to get the tasks completed in good time. Thank you very much.

CPS are brilliant! I needed someone to rent out my flat for me easily considering I work away at sea. Nikki is very professional and informative and made it easy to understand the process. I didn’t even have to go into the office from start to finish which made it easy for me being away.

GoogleCPS Homes have been absolutely brilliant in all aspects of their management service. The whole on-boarding process was smooth and I very quickly managed to get my first set of tenants arranged last year, having struggled for months with my previous letting agent. I have been well informed at all stages by friendly staff and have already signed up my next set of tenants for maximum rent next year, having completed a few suggested improvements. Very happy indeed.
