Great experience from the sales team within the Albany Road branch. Particular shout out to Sian and to Chelsea, both of whom were very helpful in getting a particularly complex purchase agreed. Would highly recommend CPS homes to property investors and developers.

Google5 Star service provided. Was having issue with the boiler not turning ON and giving some error code on the screen after bleeding the radiator. Gave a call to Maintenance and by luck 'Zara Lawes' pick up. She asked for a picture of the boiler and provided correct guidance which fix it in minutes.

GoogleThe website is designed beautifully and with ease of access to information in mind.I was able to get a real sense what it would be like living in each of the houses I was interested in, even without seeing them in real life. The information they provided was detailed and instrumental in our decision to pick the houses we did. Our agent was friendly and knowledgeable, answering any of the reams of questions we had with ease and confidence. I felt looked after from the moment we got in contact to the moment we signed the deal. I would recommend CPS homes to any of my friends who are in need of a house next year.

GoogleBest service I have had in the 3 years I have been a university student and going through the struggles of finding a place to live. First off, the office itself a great place to be in; comfortable sofa to sit on whilst you are waiting, plenty of other seats in the sofa is too full, and plenty of sweets for any kids there may be. The staff themselves, couldn't ask for better. My advisor has been above and beyond helpful from the very get go till the very end. I would highly recommend CPS Homes to anyone looking for a house to rent or purchase in Cardiff.

GoogleVery welcoming with great service. Our agent was extremely polite to us and took in to account all our questions and query's. Our agent tried to find the best place to live for a bunch of lads and she did just that. My only concern is that I would have liked more time to pay the deposit & agent fees as I didn't know or expect to have had to pay it there and then. For that I've brought my review down to a 4* Overall though great service.
Thank you for your review :) Just to comment on the time factor, we'd love to give groups more thinking time in order to make a decision, but with the level of demand for properties in Cardiff within such a short period of time, many groups are often competing for the same property, so our hands are a little tied, I'm afraid! Glad to have found you something you like :)

GoogleWe had 2 house viewings with CPS and both went really well, they even recommended houses we should view aswell as the ones we had picked out ourselves from looking at the website. Throughout the viewings the CPS member was telling us they could add a mirror here or change the sofa if we wanted. They were always giving the option of improving the house to fit our needs. On the 2nd house viewing we found a house and took it on the same day. Quick and easy process!

GoogleGreat selection of properties in great condition. The office atmosphere was friendly and the guy who showed us the properties was knowledgable and made us feel confident we were choosing the right house. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing and there were lots of students viewing and renting houses in the short space of time we spent in the office. The process was explained repeatedly and very clearly to us, although now we have received an email that contradicts what we were told about when we could pay the deposit but hopefully this is just a mistake and we can still pay in January 2015, not within 2 weeks of our agency fees being paid. Agency fees were quite expensive and the property we wanted only had a bills included option (which was pretty extortionate at £50 each for 6 of us).

Just to clarify on the e-mail point, yes, you definitely can pay the deposit in January. It typically needs to be paid within 2 weeks, but with students returning home for Christmas shortly, we realise that timeframe needs to be relaxed. You're right though - the e-mail could have been clearer. Regarding bills included, the landlord only wished for us to advertise it in that way, so we had to follow his instruction, but £50 each is reasonable amount for gas, water and electricity, and you benefit from no summer rent to pay :) Hope that helps explain everything. GoogleWorst agency ever.They don't even reply or arrange the viewings. I don't know how can they check eligibility criteria by asking few questions and deciding based on that. Other agencies atleast arrange the viewings and ask to fill form then check the eligibility criteria. But this agency seems to be running backwards.
Hi Jiby, Thanks for your review. We're sorry that you don't agree with the processes we have in place when receiving an enquiry to rent a property. We ask a series of pre-qualification questions in order to form an idea of whether the person(s) enquiring is likely to meet our referencing criteria. We do this in order to avoid going out on viewings which won't ultimately be proceedable, which would be a waste of both our and the applicant's time. Unfortunately, due to extremely large demand versus supply at the moment, a number of applicants do end up disappointed, even if they're suitable, as only party can end up letting the property. GoogleAs a group of first year's looking for a house we had no idea what the the process for buying a house was. We had previously looked at other letters who had seemed keen to force our pricing budget up and try to take advantage of our naivety. CPS however, sort of took us under there wing. Treating us to their sweets in the office and explaining the step by step procedure the company takes to signing the students to the house, answering every question welcomely and planning out which houses the students would like to visit. I would recommend this letting agency to any student in Cardiff and it thoroughly deserves the awarded 5 stars!

GoogleI have just signed up for a house with CPS today. Whilst looking for houses I found it very useful in that they were easy to talk to and were always free to pop in and chat too. They kept us well informed about possibly viewings of houses we liked and were flexible with arranging our viewings. All the houses we saw with them were of good quality and now we can't wait to move into our new home in july xx

GoogleWe had just booked an appointment to see two properties for our second year of university.While viewing the first house, and hearing our comments, our guide suggested another house they had to let. This ended up being the house we took. Amazing help, described in such a way which was not daunting to first time letters like ourselves. Plus, big jars of jellybeans to munch from! Overall, great experience and would recommend to any first time letters; as they are amazing help

GoogleVery friendly and understanding to our important needs of viewing the same time we walked in. Had a good knowledge of every apartment which assured me that they were professional and knew what they were doing. They had a nice sense of humour that made us feel comfortable with the cps employee. The houses were very cosy and their were only a few issues with some housings but nothing to be completely put off by. Found our new home perfect for our studies and hope to stay in this household for a good couple of years. Thanks CPS Homes.
