GoogleYou are leaving us with failing heating and hot water supply for a week now with a newborn baby!!!! The boiler keeps failing and you do nothing though I reported it nearly a week ago! You’re good to take the rent but leave us and a baby without a working boiler in December and don’t even care to repair it! You are a shame!!!

Hi Kiru, Thank you for leaving a review. We can assure you that we don't display properties that aren't genuinely available. If we did, we'd be fielding enquiries that we wouldn't be able to service, which would be a waste of both our and the enquirer's time. The lettings market is extremely competitive at the moment, with demand far outstripping supply. So much so, properties are regularly being reserved within an hour of the property being marketed; sometimes sooner. So what you're likely to be finding is that other people have beaten you to it, which we completely sympathise with, but we can't do anything, I'm afraid. We take the properties off the market as soon as properties are reserved, though it can take some time for them to come off external websites such as Zoopla and Rightmove, which is out of our control. Property portals such as Zoopla and Rightmove offer "instant alerts" that mean you're emailed as soon a property within your search criteria is made available. If you haven't already, we highly recommend subscribing to these alerts. We look forward to hopefully helping you secure a tenancy soon. All the best, The CPS Homes Team.

I have been dealing with CPS for nearly 20 years and must say they have become more and more professional over that time.They recently marketed our fully refurbuished property for sale.Tom and Rhys did an excellent job and produced a stunning advert.We had 3 x offers above asking price in the first week.Excellent communications since and things going smooothly to date.Would highly recommend them.
