Quick and efficient staff and viewings. At times CPS feels rather synthetic, not-so-human you could say, which has benefits and drawbacks when it comes to choosing an estate agent. I would say the only thing halting CPS and it achieving 5 stars is the agency fees. It does seem rather ludicrous that £120 'takes the house off the market's as it was put when it is merely and rather transparently an admin fee.

GoogleDelt with two agents, first one didn’t give me much information on the property. However, the second agent showed me a property which was a add on as the first property had already been let by the time of my viewing. Second agent took me to an alternative viewing which meet my needs and I liked. She negotiated with the landlord for me. Which resulted in me letting the property.

GoogleCPS have been a really good help and with their no deposit properties that are on the market this year it was impossible to pass on this opportunity. Within a matter of hours they helped us choose several properties view them, find my groups favorite and sign all the papers! Highly recommend using CPS this year especially for students looking for properties for the 2020 academic year.
