Fast and friendly! Oliva provided us with all the information needed. Made the appointment and rescheduled it to fit all of us all in to view a house. When viewing the house she was realistic with our budget. She organised the viewings from most expensive to least. This showed us realistically what we could expect from a house. I suggest every student use CPS Homes to book their student house!

Terrible for landlords and tenants. Avoid at all costs.

Since we started renting with them issues were left unsolved for the whole 12 months on the tennacy. Problems such as damp were left to worsen and the condition of the property deteriorate. They are also very unprofessional and rude on the phone when you ask simple questions. We are also still waiting for our deposits back 2 months after the tenancy ended. Avoid at all costs.

I find this agency very hit and miss

I find this agency very hit and miss. You can speak to the letting manager lady and treated with utter contempt or you can speak to anybody else and you'll find them very friendly and helpful. Personally I dealt with a smartly dressed guy and Chelsea both who actually seemed to try and help and enjoy their jobs. I'd recommend based on these two
