CPS has been our management company for many years 15+. Hard work they have put in these pandemic lockdowns, working remotely, getting new tenants and carry out maintenance when required. Nikki Hamer and Jarry Parry are credit to CPS, also all the staff we deal with are excellent too. Just keep it up. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you.

Above and beyond in every instance. Easily the best estate agent we have dealt with over the past few years. Always felt like if we had an issue as tenants we could approach Clare Sinclair or her colleagues with absolute confidence it would be taken seriously and resolved. Professional and pragmatic throughout and the very highest bar by which you could set your expectations.

I have been dealing with CPS for nearly 20 years and must say they have become more and more professional over that time.They recently marketed our fully refurbuished property for sale.Tom and Rhys did an excellent job and produced a stunning advert.We had 3 x offers above asking price in the first week.Excellent communications since and things going smooothly to date.Would highly recommend them.

Cps homes still haven't even responded to the dispute over the deposit well over a year after moving out. Today they contacted offering us 25% of the disputed funds back (through email, not through the proper mediation channel) if we agreed to close the dispute. Shocking company to deal with: Am glad that I will never have to deal with them ever again.

CPS have managed my property since 2015. I live abroad and CPS manages all my tasks - lettings, statutory licenses, maintenance, renewals, rent collection and arrears. Most of the time I get excellent service though service can sometimes be a bit tardy when more than one department is involved. But in the main, its 2.99% cheers for CPS!

My daughter and friends have a student flat opposite Cardiff union via this agent . They have for the last 2 months being trying to get mould in bedrooms dealt with and now a leak causing running water in another bedroom . They keep getting fobbed off .They are now questioning paying full rent and being threatened by late payments .Shocking

We advertised our residential property in February 2021. Unfortunately, the purchaser puuled out at the eleventh hour. CPS were wholly efficient in the professional way they dealt with the purchaser and did everything possible to complete the sale. Despite the set-back, CPS quickly secured a new purchaser who completed within four weeks. Brilliant work all round.
