My partner's daughter rented a house in Cardiff about through CPS all seemed ok at the start when she and house mates moved in around September time. Then it started to get cold and the damp arrived, the basement had water in it. This was all reported to CPS with little response. Upon returning from Christmas holiday they found the house in turmoil the builders had moved in with no warning. She had to stay in a Hotel for two nights after which she moved back to the house. When she asked CPS for a refund for the Hotel she was told no as her room and bathroom upstairs was ok they didn't think they needed to this went on for weeks of negotiations to no avail When they moved out at the end of the contract they didn't even get there full deposit back CPS you are a disgrace

Signed for a house we felt pressured to sign for because we were told they only had "3 houses left" which was a lie. Eventually we found our dream house and exchanged the agency fees but were told conflicting information about when payments were due so we now have less time to pay our agency fees/deposit than we believed we did. Overall, we got the house we wanted and are satisfied but there was a bumpy road leading to this point.

The staff are really friendly and efficient and always inform me about any issues or problems that need addressing m, such as tenants leaving early, work that needs to be carried out regarding plumbing or electrical work....They always ask before anything is carried out. Overall a good service, however when booking my appointment over the phone I said what date I would be available to move in from and selected the flat I wanted to view, then when I arrived at the appointment I was told there was no point in viewing that flat because it was available immediately and I couldn't move in for 2 months, would have been good to be told this on the phone before hand.

SHAMEFUL

Dreadfull! Desk, chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers took six weeks to arrive in a student let! Leaking radiators, shower not working, open light fitting, no doorbell, broken toilet, missing lock, bed falling apart, dirty mattress, stinking sofas, mould on walls and now a gas leak........just some of the delights you can expect from a CPS property. They present themselves as efficient but nothing gets done unless you repeatedly complain and they still charge £800 PER MONTH!!!
