TrustpilotI visited the Cathays branch to begin the rental process.
I visited the Cathays branch to get the ball rolling on renting a property. Both Gareth an Cale were excellent. I need to move very quickly and they talked me through the whole process in a professional and reassuring manner. Thanks both!

TrustpilotCPS homes- excellent service
I have been using the excellent services of CPS Homes for my 3 rental properties for over 20 years and I would not go anywhere else. The team including Rhys have always been friendly, efficient and organise everything on my behalf. I can leave everything in their capable hands and I can only praise their service. Thank you CPS homes.

I needed to move to Cardiff with a couple weeks notice which I was finding extremely stressful. But max has made this experience so much easier and stress free, within a matter of days he has helped me find a property and I pick the keys up in a weeks time. I can’t thank him enough he has gone above and beyond to support me. Thankyou.

GoogleAgain, fantastic service from CPS Letting agents and Rhys. They gave great advice and managed to increase my monthly rent by 25%. The property was let within a week. They are spot on with pricing and tenant sourcing, referencing etc. I have used them for many years and would highly recommend them.

I had a house viewing with CPS Homes today, unfortunately our first choice was unavailable however the agents went over and above to find us worthy replacements for that property. In fact in the end, we decided that one of the replacements was even better than at first glance and we decided to go ahead with that property, overall great experience and i would definitely use them again and recommend them.
