agree with these letting agents, I have been living in a property since last 2 years and finally purchased a property and trying to move in because I was in rolling contract and I have informed them on Oct 7th where I will vacate on Nov 15. They say my contract is from 3rd of every month. And asking me to pay to Dec 3rd. Ridiculous people. During the whole of pandamic I received no supported. I made regular payments still very hungry for money. I really have very low regards for them. Thanks, Raj

Thank you Belvoir. We were looking to buy our first home and found one with Belvoir. The viewing was arranged very quickly and although others were interested in the property Belvoir kept us updated all the way through. It was a nervous time for us but they were very professional and helpful throughout. It was so reassuring to know that we were being looked after properly. Our offer was accepted and Belvoir continued to speak to us until we moved in. We have no plans to move anytime soon but when we do need to sell Belvoir will we be the first phone call I make. Thank you again you were amazing.

I recently moved into a property that belvoir manage during lickdown they were nothing but helpfull getting me through step by step inc rapid correspondence ie video emails and was nice to actually speak to a person and not a machine I moved in and not without issues as I had a patio door that wouldn't open on reporting the issue an engineer contacted me personally to work around me he then fitted a brand new lock this was done within 24 hours of issue being reported .engineer was clean presentable and polite even wore shoe cover protectors then I had hot water issues this was resolved within the hour of reporting I personally see my self staying with belvoir for the foreseeable future great team rapid response and very helpful.

I was with this company for 2 years in a tenancy and once leaving the property have never come across such rude customer service! They are unprofessional and have dreadful attitudes towards tenants when you’re leaving them. We had put new flooring in the property and had kept it in great condition. And tried charging us £500 for a small mark on the carpet and also tried charging us for damage that was done to the property before we had moved in! Never been left feeling so angry in my life and they do not try to offer any help to you or any assistance to resolve it other than taking your money! Avoid this company at all costs!!!! They will never try to help you as a tenant ...increased rent during Covid 19 and get you to pay for things that will need doing to the property which should be done as maintenance like painting and cleaning!! Disgusting attitude from the managers and anyone you speak to.. and was actually told “don’t care” from. A MANAGER And had left a pregnant woman crying down the phone! AVOID THIS SCAMMING COMPANY AND THEIR DREADFUL STAFF my experience was awful!NegativeProfessionalism

Avoid this agency. Not professional in any sense of it. Booked a property, made an agreement over the phone. Promised a call the following Monday, none. Called up to make further enquires, I was just been messed around by 2 different members of the agency, each telling me different stories. After about 4 days of chasing it up, They finally let on they've let it out to someone else. And I was there thinking have gotten a property. Back to square one.

Probably great if you're a Landlord as I expect they're cheap due to not fulfilling any of their obligations. When we complained about them they evicted us with less than 2 weeks notice. Turned our lives upside down. If Julie has no interest in meeting her obligations as a letting agent she should seek employment elsewhere. We caught her lying over and over again.

I would absolutely NOT recommend these estate agents to anyone. I had to deal with this agency in regards to a leak in my flat which was caused by one of their landlords. I was reassured by Julie at the beginning that all costs will be covered and all will be fine. Well that didn’t happen. Lies, lies, lies. Also spoke to a lady once who was shouting at me over the phone, shocking customer service.

There no reason that could possible made him do just only listing to my foreign accsent . When i called back i got an answer from his colleague who confirmed that his colleague action and when we asked for the manager he pretended to be the manger. Racism! !!!!

Belvoir have been a total nightmare since they took over our rented accommodation about 2 years ago! I reported damp time and time again, handles coming off windows (freezing!!!), damp stains on the carpet, shower was mouldly, the list is absolutely endless........ We've recently moved out, but awaiting confirmation of deposit return plus need to have a meeting with landlord which Dafydd promised to sort out! Plus have rang 3 times with promises of calls being returned. No chance! Absolutely terrible service! Never. Ever. Again. -10 or below. We will be over to see you soon regarding this situation.

WORST! DON'T TRUST them! Trying to DEDUCT more than 1/3 of your DEPOSIT just for things you haven't done. They are trying to charge me £300 for buying a new mattress at the end the tenancy(even the mattress was OLD one when we moved in), just because of tiny stains(which were hidden under the pillows when they took photos for the inventory check-in) and they did not indicate it in the report. This is just an example and I can provide more details if it helps! This is the most RIDICULOUS thing I've ever heard. NEVER USE or you will LOSE your money!!

Chose Belvoir to let and manage my house as I was moving away. I really didn't have time get involved in the letting process so wanted someone I could rely on to just get things done. Met Rob only once and I had absolute confidence that Belvoir would do things properly, and they did. They took care of everything, house clearance, all the certificates, cleaning, repairs and found great tenants within the first week. It's good knowing that while I'm away I don't have worry about anything, it's all taken care of. Outstanding!

I have been a landlady for many years and used a few different companies both large and small but never felt that they cared about the standard of tenant - just getting their fee. DO NOT USE!!! Only given one star as I can't give NONE!! Lost almost £1000 through "agent letting fee" and a bond which we aren't getting back as they claim to have needed a cleaning crew which is nonsense. A one bedroom studio apartment apparently needing 4 hours cleaning which is ridiculous. Do not use Belvoir or you're guaranteed to lose all of your money. Plus they're customer service is terrible. Horrible, arrogant and plain rude. TERRIBLE AGENCY!

I was a tenant with this letting agency for four years. I was so impressed with the service that was provided I'm not hesitating to give them a 5 star rating. Any problems with the property I was renting were resolved quickly and efficiently. The deposit for the property was returned into my bank account 24 hours after I had returned the keys which sums up the service provided. Thank you Belvoir :)
