Great work by Belvoir Cardiff. I purchased a property that hadn't previously been rented and not living in the area I thought it may have been tricky sort out. Belvoir made it incredibly easy. From the initial setup of the property right through to finding good tenants and managing the property.
Belvoir have a well defined process that works and gave me complete confidence.
I only visited the property once, everything else was handled professionally and with real care

This was my first experience with Belvoir Lettings, I found them to be totally professional, gave good advice when needed and are very fair in their dealings. I have had bad experiences with other agents in Cardiff, but I will be using Belvoir again & again if they continue at this level of service. Phoned up to view property to rent five minutes later they cancelled appointment saying Landlord was still doing up property could not get keys to view and I could not go an see for the foreseeable future. Later that day property reposted on their web site with a rent increase. Weird that maybe it was because on HB due to my part time work. Letting agents are to quick to judge. Total character assaination!!!!

FacebookIt seems this company simply aren't interested in customer service and selling houses. My brief dealings with them have been absolutely appalling. They were unhelpful, rude and their lack of communication was just shocking. Particularly Dan, who is more interested in giving excuses than doing his job. If he was the last estate agent on the planet I wouldn't use him or Belvoir to market my property.
