GoogleTerrible customer service and incompetent staff. Took 3 months to sort our bond ready to give back to us (to such we are still waiting). Constantly having to chase them up, always promising to email/phone us 'the next day' which never happened. If I could rate them lower than a one I would. Truly a terrible company that need to get their act together. DON'T GO WITH BELVOIR CARDIFF!

GooglePretty good at getting you into a place and setting everything up, dealing with any issues in the properties seems to go ok... my issue is with rude staff. Would avoid if you’re young or it’s your first time renting. Any time I talk to them I’m talked down to as if I don’t know anything- they’re very demeaning.

FacebookMoved out of a flat let by them about 3 weeks ago. Waiting to hear about what's going on with my deposit, they've ignored 3 emails I've sent them. I've rung them twice and been told each time they'd ring me back and I've not been contacted. Over the past 12 months I've made various repair requests to them that have also been ignored.

GoogleBelvoir have made renting this time around a very smooth and easy process. They didn't try to push the property on me and seemed to want to make sure it was the right property for me which I really appreciated. They are always very professional and friendly on the phone and I can happily say I have had no issues with them whatsoever.

GoogleAwful customer service. We were interested in renting a property. They promised to provide information on repairs to be completed. They did not. They did not return one of our 4 phone calls and there stories changed a lot. Beware something very off about this agency
