GoogleI began flat-hunting in Cardiff in January and was incredibly lucky to find a place I loved with Allen & Harris on the first day of showings. My agent Dylan not only agreed to give me a viewing in the late afternoon on a Saturday, but also offered to show a second property that he thought would fit my specifications and even drove my mother and me there himself - of course, this last-minute property wound up being the perfect one! Dylan really went above and beyond in his duty, keeping me in the loop with the processes of application and referencing (both of which went quickly and easily) and being patient with all our questions and uncertainties. I am very grateful for my experience with Allen & Harris and excited to move in soon!

GoogleThe team in the Roath office of Allen and Harris were supportive, helpful, friendly, and funny throughout the process of buying a property. They responded to emails and phone calls immediately, and seemed solution oriented. The mortgage adviser, Liam, was proactive in updating my mortgage product to the best rate available. On the completion date, the team were very helpful in communicating with the seller to arrange the final pieces. I don't have any other experieces of working with estate agents to compare it to, but I'd say I had a good experiences and would recommend their service. Cheers.

GoogleVery good service. Purchased an investment property in Cardiff recently. Friendly team, I dealt mostly with Yupi who in fairness went out of his way to help me with tricky vendors and always kept me in the loop so too marks to him. He was also very knowledgeable and gave very sound advice.
On occasions when I popped in and he wasn't there, his colleagues were always very helpful.
I used to think estate agents were like grave robbers before dealing with these guys so looking forward to doing business again. Thanks :)
