FacebookSo Josh who works in the property maintenance team in the letting part of the business which is based in Cardiff, the guy is disgusting. He knowingly cause distressed and emotional harm to a disabled child, but it's ok wait till Monday we can deal with it when his boss is in. He was completely aware of this neglect as well as he was notified the child had autism and adhd and accused me of denying access when infact I had requested a reasonable accommodation for a childs disability. He chose to ignore that and send a contractor out less than a 24 hours later to my privately owned property regardless causing panic attacks, anxiety attacks, what will turn into sleepless nights and a reignited an old phobia for her! What an amazing christmas present that is! He didn't even forewarn the contractor of my child's challenges! So well done to the big man himself Josh! Hope your weekend was good buddy.... You traumatised a 9 year old autistic and adhd girl! I bet your mothers and bosses are proud!
