From the first phone call to book an appointment for a mortgage to actually getting a mortgage with Liam process has been brilliant . I am a first time buyer . I was recommended Liam by a family member . A lot of our family uses him for their mortgages. Liam is not just a great guy to talk to and have a good chat and a laugh . Knows his stuff . After 18 months of trying to move house with another company and it falling through on multiple occasions we decided to give Allen and Harris in Roath a go. Right from the word go when James came around to view our property we had a good feeling. A buyer was found quickly and as the sales progressed their communication and determination was fantastic. In particular Connor and James, who always had time to help with our enquiries and were instrumental in helping getting the sale over the line before Christmas. We were really nervous about renting our home out as we’d had spent 3 years renovating to become our pride and joy. Our house is super unique and colourful and we needed the perfect person to rent it from us, which in turn meant we needed the right agents. When we met Dylan and Kevin, we knew they were perfect for us. They were so knowledgable, and Dylan was enthusiastic about finding the perfect tenant for us. If you’re thinking of selling then avoid if you value your time. Really poor experience with Allan & Harris Roath. I had a house valuation booked, and because I’m away on business, a family member took half a day off work to attend. Just a few hours before the appointment, they cancelled by email with no phone call, no proper explanation, and no attempt to rearrange. Cancelling last minute is bad enough, but not even having the decency to call or acknowledge the inconvenience caused is unacceptable. It shows a complete lack of professionalism and zero respect for people’s time.
