James was really helpful, very knowledgeable about the property and the area, renovation ideas and being able to recommend tradesmen he had personally used on his property. Any queries he would text straight back, regardless of the time or day. We are using A&H to rent the property out bcos of the great service. Highly recommended. Thanks James!

GoogleAs a first time buyer, obtainin a mortgage can be extremely daunting. We first spoke with Liam Tresilian who was absolutely amazing. Not only did he work late most evenings to accommodate our working hours but also provided a five star service. He automatically changed over our mortgage product if the rates went down and talked us through the various life insurance options that were available and arranged the same as soon as we exchanged. Liam, you really are a lovely person, extremely professional and I will never use another broker. Thank you for everything. If you need a broker this is your man !!!!

GoogleAVOID LIKE THE PLAUGE!!!! Woman called Vicky told me my keys would be ready to collect on the 26th of feb so in my mind I said alright cool let me order some stuff to the house with a few days delay and I told my current landlord that I will not be returning to the house they said Yh that’s fine we’ve found someone to replace you so the 26th comes I call up at 9:30 in the morning and I speak to a guy called Connor he said let me get back to u as it is really early in the day I said ok no worries it hits 3pm no call I call them up and they said u will not get the keys this week I asked what do I do now I’m now homeless cause you lot told me the keys are ready to collect they laughed at me currently living in my car cause of these incompetent useless idiots I will physically pay to just to avoid using these people!!!

GoogleI went to view a property on Monday with Dylan showing me the property. He was very kind and helpful- I've desperately been looking to move back to Cardiff with my dog and Dylan had assured me it wouldn't be a problem and to my joy I got accepted that day for the property. I've dealt with a few estate agents and I'd have Allen and Harris have been the best and easiest. Highly recommend

GoogleThe team in the Roath office of Allen and Harris were supportive, helpful, friendly, and funny throughout the process of buying a property. They responded to emails and phone calls immediately, and seemed solution oriented. The mortgage adviser, Liam, was proactive in updating my mortgage product to the best rate available. On the completion date, the team were very helpful in communicating with the seller to arrange the final pieces. I don't have any other experieces of working with estate agents to compare it to, but I'd say I had a good experiences and would recommend their service. Cheers.
