Just sold a rental property via Allen and Harris, Roath, Connor did a fantastic job of keeping buyers on board, when things got a bit dodgy, and hence driving sale through to a satisfactory conclusion. He was always easy to contact when I needed too, and returned calls promptly. Certianly no complaints at all, and this was second property sold by A & H in the last couple of years.

From the first time I walked into the Albany Road office in Cardiff until the completion of the sale, the service and friendliness of all staff has been exemplary. Every time there was a viewing I was informed and any feed-back given straight away. When it came to offers I was advised on my choices and positive help given. My girlfriend and I recently rented a property through this agency and the service we received was excellent from start to finish. Scott, our agent, was superb at sorting everything out and his communications were quick and professional. The whole agency seems to operate in the same professional manner; the contract signing with Neil went smoothly and he made sure that we had all the information that we needed. After renting from cowboys in the past *cough*2let2*cough* it was a relief for us to find a property we loved and with-in a week we were all settled and ready to move in. Told us the property was not on a first come first serve basis and they would send an application form via email and then collect all the applications and decide on the best one, instead they just gave the property to the first person applying for it. Very misleading, untrustworthy and unprofessional
