He was open to our questions and he explained things which we didn't even ask directly but were indeed important to us. Overall he is a true professional, quick executor and very fine gentleman. GoogleA&H (and especially Nicola!) have been fantastic throughout our house purchase. Despite the sale being beset by COVID and knotweed, they kept on top of things and gave us the confidence (and hope) we needed during the tough moments when we weren't sure what was going on with the sale (first time buyers here.) Would highly recommend.

They always provide me with suitable tenants for my properties and always conduct thorough referencing. They communicate well and are very efficient. GoogleSteph was so welcoming and helpful, just what we needed with the stresses of buying our first home. Steph was always on hand to answer any questions or queries we had, and was able to help make the buying process as least stressful as possible. I highly recommend using and Steph and the rest is the team at Allen and Harris in Roath, as the service and support is excellent.

GoogleSold my flat with Allen and Harris and it was fine, just didn’t receive a single word of thanks after the transaction had gone through. Other than that it was a great service. Just a shame to have felt under appreciated.

GoogleWe were signed up to the incorrect flat in a development and we're left waiting for over an hour to get it sorted on the day we were wanting to move in. Now we've moved in we are getting ignored by the agent when we report any issues. Not good.

GoogleMark Hinton in the Lettings section is quite frankly a legend. A particularly tricky tenant caused a lot of damage to one of my properties but Mark calmly and sensitively dealt with the issue and I am being reimbursed almost fully through the deposit scheme. They went above and beyond whilst we were trying to find and rent a flat, and made our move down to Wales from the North of England much more straightforward than it otherwise could have been.
