Your move Crawcrook branch are fantastic, they have such a wealth of knowledge of the area, are friendly and polite and always at the end of the phone. My house was valued, professional photos taken, viewings and offers all within 3 days. Their service is second to none and would definitely use them again.

GoogleA decade of successful lets for both sides of the transaction. Any property ad-hoc maintenance issues are reliably dealt with by the fully managed team promptly and with good comms. Terms / fees are clear cut. I’ve only had one void period worthy of mention in a decade in part due to choice during pandemic.

GoogleUsed them for 6 years. Difficult to deal with, often change their mind. They lost keys to property I was renting, telling the landlord that they have never received it. I'm glad I took a picture when handing the keys in, asking one of the agents to sing it.. At least I had a proof and didn't have to pay a lot of money for lock replacement.

My brother in law went to view a property in Wolverhampton but never got to look inside as the agent never turned up. He didn't have the decency to let my brother in law know that he wasn't attending so it was was a wasted journey.

She always goes above and beyond the service that is required to ensure everything runs smoothly.
