Excellent service from start to finish. I hadn’t moved for 28 year. The staff in the Chester le street office were so helpful and friendly. Everyone I spoke to were polite and brilliant at their job. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Outstanding customer service.

GoogleThe most unprofessional agency I ever dealt with. We have had so many issues with the agency throughout our tenancy and it is clear that they take advantage of students. We lived in a house with a faulty oven for most our tenancy and action was only taken once we threatened to take legal action. So many other issues as well.

The Your Move Durham team have been friendly and efficient throughout the whole process. Slow to get appropriate people visiting to buy but were helpful when one showed willingness to buy without any redress of items on site that require finance. This enabled me to get my final house move accepted 240miles away to be near family and grandchildren

Throughout the sale of my house I've found the staff very helpful and friendly. I feel I've been pampered having not been at home when the viewings were conducted. I found the sale of the house rather stress free which I cannot thank them enough for.
