Dear Malcolm, Thank you for your feedback regarding Kate and Maria in our Canterbury team. I am sorry to hear you struggled to get through to Maria on the telephone. Unfortunately due to the high volume of sales due to the stamp duty holiday and the nature of Maria's role it means she spends the majority of her working day on the telephone herself. In the sales office where we have more staff we have multiple lines and our central office can also take any overflow calls when they are engaged to assist. As Maria's role is more of a technical nature and she works alone it has not been possible at this stage to offer the same service at present.
