We are so grateful we moved to Wards Canterbury after a disastrous 6 months with another agent. We had a very tricky relocation planned to the North of England, my husband worked away, I’m unwell and caring for a family with complex special needs, so I was terrified. I explained everything to Michael and Jade and they were terrific. Not only did they help with our sale, but they helped us with the purchase of the new house. Abi and Hamid were fantastic. The property was seen and put on for rental very quickly. I had interest from tenants within a week. There were minor property issues that were resolved immediately. The boiler was an emergency and they got it fixed when I realised it didn't work..This was the day before tenant moved In. They also got me a good deal on landlord insurance. Impressed.

I Poorly Built Block Partition Discovered in New‑Build Home

I purchased this house new approximately 17.5 years ago. Recently, during a bathroom renovation, the drywall was removed, revealing a partition made of grey blocks. These blocks appear to be poorly secured to each other, as the partition moves slightly when touched. It is evident that the mortar used to join these blocks does not properly bind them together. This raises serious concerns about the structural reliability of the construction. I recommend potential buyers pay close attention to such partitions and conduct a thorough inspection to avoid future issues.

To the left is the Claim of Wards of Kent that they replaced carpets in an entire flat before we moved in(re-interpreting it again is a further garnishing of the lies). To the right is the email they sent to confirm they only replaced lounge and hallway carpets before we moved in. At the center is their supporting evidence that they are replacing the carpets in the entire flat "again" after we moved out. I wonder who has English as first language that cannot differentiate between "both bedrooms" and "the entire flat" Wards washed the carpet in both bedrooms before we moved in but lied they replaced it, we didn't recover from the smell that we thought was from the wetness of the wash, we complained, they evicted us, finally replaced the carpet and claimed in on us! Wards go over the moon to protect the interest of Landlords, I love real estate and I hope to be the landlord of several homes someday, it will be a great delight to work with Wards. Who wouldn't favour the Landlords that bring in the big bucks over tenants that bring in peanuts? Lol
