It was an amazing experience using Wards to sell my house. From day one they have been very helpful and supportive. The team is amazing, special mention of Terri Truckle, Ami Banks, Sam, Kenny and last but not the least Kim. They have been extremely helpful throughout. Extremely disappointed with my conversation with the senior branch manager after raising concerns with the survey that highlighted ground stability issues. After disregarding my concerns, he questioned my integrity when I informed him that I have spoken to the company that carried out the survey personally. I found his entire attitude arrogant and unprofessional and I would think twice to make any more enquiries with this branch.
