We had so much help especially from Curtis, who went out of his way and over and above to make sure our move went through smoothly. He helped take the pressure off what was an extremely upsetting and stressful move, we are very grateful for all his input. Even on his days off (when I wouldn't have known he was off) he was there to answer questions and help. Cannot thank him enough.

Based on the sales progressing what an absolute shambles. Seem to not understand the process, unable to communicate effectively between solicitors and other estate agents and have left us to do most of the work. Feel completely in the dark on a critical part of the process and when updates do come they make zero sense. So much room for improvement and not helpful when individuals are on holidays and do not advise or handover cases.

Worse experience ever!!! We drove all the way from London to Kent with our 8 month old baby for a viewing with Abdul and nobody turned up !! We sent emails, left voicemail while we were waiting in front of the property and nobody contacted us back .
