Adam and Graham at Wards were absolutely amazing. Adam nothing was too much trouble, kept us informed throughout the process. He was professional and knowledgeable yet managed to remain friendly and approachable during what was some difficult negotiations! He was always at hand to reassure us when we made multiple calls to him. Would recommend Adam both buyers and us as sellers had a great rapport with him. Manager Graham equally as good, can not rate Wards enough for the work they did, Graham’s constant negotiating to keep the sale on the table multiple times. Particularly Michael Watts who went above and beyond to find me another buyer when we lost our first buyer. I recently had to put my family home of 18 years up for sale due to a bereavement and separation. My experience from start to finish with Adam was very professional, clear, honest & always proactive. Adam is a natural at building client rapport which is something I really needed in my difficult situation. This review is for Tina Styance. What an asset she is to Ward & Partners. She looked after us through our first and second purchase and sale (an absolute nightmare chain) and I never evet felt anything was ever too much. She kept me updated through the whole 9 months and she fought for us to get where we are now. She was by far the best sales progressor out of our whole chain and I was so pleased that she was ours. I would use wards again but purely because of Tina. The sales side was okay but she really was what kept everything together (including me) throughout the whole process, Thank you Tina. Wards Ashford was awful, promise top rate service and fail to deliver. weekly marketing updates confirmed pitiful marketing to the point of embarrassment and a request to stop the updates as it only evidenced just how bad the service is. Contract heavily loaded in Wards favour, no open house as promised, no for sale board without chasing and then not as promised. If on-line failed to deliver leads then Wards have no proactive marketing approach.Worst experience ever,

I went to Wards on a whim! Earlier this year as my contract was coming to an end with my then Agent. I was greeted by Prince & Amrit who were both very friendly, extremely knowledgeable & polite. From the word Go! They instantly made me feel comfortable and well at ease before, during and after the whole transaction of the sale of my property.They were efficient and very hands on and took away any reservations that I had during the process. Prince kept me updated at all times and so I knew exactly what stage(s) the sale of my house was at and he never left me in the lurch about anything, so this made things even more relaxed and easier to deal with.The turnaround was unexpectedly fast and I could not fault a thing! 5* Experience With Devon !

I luckily had a conversation with Devon from the Rochester branch after I had a offer fall through. He was very understanding and encouraging even though it was a horrible situation for us. He suggested another property that I felt at the time would be out of our league, But I can not thank him enough for booking us in for the open day as a week later our offer was accepted and we have now moved into our dream home !He regularly checked in and kept my sanity during the stressful process of moving and I couldn't have been more grateful. We had a lot of great help From Wards through a few different branches in the end but i do have to give a special thank you to Devon for finding us our dream home !
