As a first time buyer I would recommended Wards Herne Bay to everyone. Wards went above and beyond to help me as a first time buyer and ensure I was not only receiving the best service from them but advice and guidance on the whole experience. My initial contact was with Jydon who was very attentive and always responded to calls and emails promptly. I had viewings with Loraine who was also a great help. Then through the process of buying I dealt with other members of the team including Michael, Graham and Grace who were all very professional and very approachable every step of the process. My experience of house buying was made a whole lot less confusing and a lot more comfortable thanks to the great team at the Herne Bay Branch.

We recently asked Wards to give us a valuation of our bungalow. We are not ready to sell at this time but could be sometime in the future. James Rixon came to give us a valuation on our property. He was excellent. He called us prior to the appointment to see if all was still ok with the time. He was very kind and complimentary concerning our home. Hollie, Tom and Caleb have been nothing short of brilliant, supporting and advising me throughout the process. My only regret is that I didn’t hire Ward’s solicitor partner Martin Tolkhurst as the sale would have gone through much quicker. Our sale was delayed by a few weeks due to our solicitor

Mike in the Herne Bay Sales team was really helpful with advice and honest opinion with regards to marketing our property. Always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Can’t thank him enough for all of his help. Grace was good at keeping us informed of progress once we had an offer and through to completion.
