There is nothing I can say about having my Section 21 from Wards of Herne Bay pleasant. It consisted of a phone call from Nikki Cullen February 14th . Only two months notice . First papers served had all wrong postcodes on it and needed doing again and just left downstairs in flat ground floor for me to collect . From that day I had to chase correspondence all the time . When l went in to all the offices staff made me feel as though I was taking up their important time and couldn't careless I had been chucked out of my home after 10 years by landlady . Went in to Cant office to try and see details for let's to hopefully see . Got there time for five minute conversation told not one property to view and oh then needed to take her phone call to her Dr's!! . Then I found , not them note ! details on the website that would have been perfect for my situation and time span ! Told to fill in their form for reference details and then after I was trying to explain I had really weak credit score because of a diffilcult situ and it was very complicated for me . I was expecting some help and support to help find a new flat . But instead the few times l had correspondence . I was left to feel humiliated about my low earnings, Universal credit, not allowed to view a single place as I was told abruptly I did not fit in to their perfect little tick boxes . I was not up to their recognised requirements. I was just left to feel discriminated because of my diffilcult circumstances treated in a total cold manor . Just told they could not help or would not be helping me anymore and would be a definate fail and they had helped me with nothing apart told from visit the council offices for homeless . Wards attitude was appallingly from the first week to me until I moved out . Would never recommend them

We recently changed over to wards from a different estate agents, and we have had the up most best experience with wards!. From the get go of the change over we have had the best communication with our property manager Nikki Cullen. She has gone above and beyond to help and deal with issues we had been hit with, she really does her job plus more to help get things done and sorted. Especially with the issues that came with the property we lived in (no fault of wards at all, was a property they took over). Couldn’t thank her enough for what’s she has done. 100% recommend wards and 1000% recommend Nikki!
