Terrible experienceI ordered over £440 worth of items online they decided to only send 2 items , the rest of the £297.50 items were never received. They fob you off ignore you and pocket the funds from you, then are completely indifferent thereafter. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ITEMS NOR HAVE THEY GIVEN ME MY MONEY BACK. This is theft.

GoogleI have to say that over the years i have bought and sold many properties and have at times felt frustrated by lack of communication and professionalism, Sandersons have changed all that and I have to say that throughout the whole process we have found Sandersons to be always professional, the whole team are friendly and approachable and had complete knowledge of each stage of our sale and kept us up to date. From valuation, viewings and agreeing the sale this has to be the smoothest process we have had. Thank you Sandersons and keep up the good work!

GoogleIncredibly bad service, do not go to this company if you want your deposit back and if you want a company that actually care about their client. The worst service I've had to deal with in my entire life.

GoogleI had a great experience purchasing a buy to let property with Sandersons. The process was straightforward, despite living outside of Canterbury. Communication was always clear and honest and their response times were quick. Would recommend!
