GoogleLike pulling teeth trying to get a reply to my emails. Even on the phone they were not helpful and I just felt like I was wasting the advisors time. Also has outdated information on their website/facebook marketplace/rightmove - either that or I was lied to about the properties already being let agreed. Was expecting so much more from "Canterbury's Best Estate Agent Guide".NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleAfter a lot of shady and downright bad agency experiences, Sandersons was a very welcome surprise. I rented a property through them for about 2 years and never had any issues. If I emailed them, I'd get a response within 24 hours. When I was late on rent once they gave me a very polite reminder a week after it was due without making a big deal out of it. When the end of tenancy cleaners cancelled last minute, Sandersons was very understanding of the situation. Very friendly staff and easy renting experience.

The staff are excellent and always professional and helpful. They're great at finding good tenants and ensuring my property is looked after. My tenants have always been great and my property has never been vacant. I can thoroughly recommend Sandersons, with no reservations.

TrustpilotSales side very good
Sales side very good. Once passed over to the Progression Team it all ends rather messy I am afraid. Had a cash buyer who had been checked to be so. Turned out they wasn't. Waited far too long for information, feedback, phone calls. I did ask for the property to be re-marketed when I smelt a fish a month ago but nobody helped me out. For £5000 I would drive from Southampton to Glasgow in a day and sleep in my car if I had to. Sadly, Sandersons Progression Team do not have the same work ethic. Get rid of everyone in the renamed Regression Team, there is NO point in having them. As much use as a Chocolate Fireman.

GoogleI found the Sandersons team to be very professional, friendly and helpful during the sale of my property. The marketing of my property was excellent and the photographer they use is a real asset to their business. They had to deal with quite a difficult buyer and solicitor at times and I couldn't fault the way that they dealt with issues. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleSandersons is my current letting agent. They have been much better than other letting agents I have had within Canterbury. They have rectified issues with the house as soon as possible and communicated with landlord consistently when it was needed and possible. I recommend these over other letting agents as they have been good to me and my housemates.
