Having looked at properties in Canterbury, we were introduced to a charming, knowledgable, professional and splendid person, Heidi. Heidi's ability to arrange viewings super fast with personalised, professional guidance and relaxed conversations, yet remaining calm, warm, professional and friendly, was incredible and delightful to experience. We are so grateful to have met Heidi, who by far has exceeded our expectations, kept us focussed and positive throughout the process of locating a lovely property, exactly in the location we want to live. Having had a wasted six months being largely ignored by another Estate Agent, I moved my property across to Sanderson's. From the outset they were completely different, listening and responding, and taking time to 'get' the unique nature of my Grade II Listed Property. Exellent character-filled photographs and a stunning brochure has already seen a good number of viewings (far more in the first few weeks than the previous Agent achieved in six months!). It is such a pleasure to work with the team there and their professionalism shines through; from Chris Murphy's first meeting to discuss the sale, through to Kellie and Antonia taking the time to ask many questions and get a feel for the property on their initial visit. A special mention for Heidi Rocks whose infectious enthusiasm buoys up the process of selling a home. Sandersons Canterbury team have offered a professional service, whilst retaining an all-important friendly and personal approach that inspires confidence in them.

I used Sandersons for a separate purchase and sale of properties in the city. At all times the staff kept me up to speed with developments and progress, were very courteous and friendly without overdoing it as is very commonplace these days and were extremely professional at all stages of the purchase and sale. A personalised service without obviously seeming so. On the single occasion when a problem did occur, the manager had already anticipated the possible consequence and had taken swift action to put things back on track. Nice wishes and gestures too on our completion. I would recommend Sandersons to anyone without hesitation.

I both bought and sold my house through Sandersons, and was highly impressed with their service. Looking around the new house, Heidi met me at the property each time and was very helpful and very accommodating in fitting me in. On putting my existing house on the market, the service was excellent , the photos and brochure looked great and the house was only on the market a very short amount of time before selling. During the rest of the process both Kellie and Antonia did a great job communicating with me and making sure everything went smoothly up to completion and exchange. I would happily recommend Sandersons in Canterbury, they really took the stress out of moving!

This was my first experience using Sandersons after a recommendation from a friend. I am so glad we took the advice as the service has been fantastic from beginning to end. We were always kept informed of any issues and viewings and offered advice. I have to say the online selling schedule was much more professional also compared to another competitor we used before Sandersons. Although I have had several problems with the blinds I purchases from Sandersons they have finally resolved all of them when Alan Robinson arrived with the replacement blinds for my bathrooms yesterday. Alan has been consistently on to the case helping to resolve them and at all times has been efficient, polite and helpful.

Luxating Patellas - Yorkshire Terrier

Our 6 year old small Yorkshire Terrier, Rosa, had surgery 9 weeks ago for luxating patellas in both legs. The skill of the orthopedic surgeon and the after care has been second to none. She had her final x-ray last week and the results were excellent. She is now out of cage rest and is very happy, bouncy and ready to get on with life. We are extremely grateful to the surgeon, Stuart, to Richard and to all the nurses and vets who have taken the very best care of Rosa and us!! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts

We ordered electric blinds for our Living Rooms/French windows and bay window

We ordered electric blinds for our reception rooms which included large French Windows. We were not aware at the time of ordering that the UK company had been taken over by Hilary Blinds. The Fitter eventually came (he was excellent - hence the two stars) but one blind for the large French window had left the factory having been strung incorrectly and this meant that we would have to leave it down on the window until the replacement. We were told by the Fitter that this is a regular issue.These blinds are expensive and I really was aggravated that a faulty blind could pass through their factory quality control. It was difficult to find a number to call them on, but eventually, the Fitter gave me one and I got through to a lady who told me that I would get a replacement in due course. I asked for some compensation for the inconvenience and was told that replacing the blind was compensation! She had no training to deal with a complaint and was very defensive. I then asked to be put forward to customer service (as she was from another department) and she then told me she was also customer service! I was so disappointed by her behavior and the inconvenience, I emailed Sandersons with my complaint and have never had even an acknowledgement! To me, this is the worst example possible for customer service.Basically, there is NO customer service at Sandersons and I would certainly never use this company again.
