GoogleExploitative, serial liars, don’t even think about it for the sake of your safety and sanity. They’re renting out dangerous and uninhabitable houses to students, knowing that there’s nothing you can do about it in a year. Sandersons is a scam.

GoogleI have been a landlord for 16 years now with Sandersons. I have always found the team at Canterbury and Maidstone to be professional, flexible and responsive. It's important for me to have a close relationship so that my concerns are respected and managed. They do this extremely well. I can thoroughly recommend Sandersons and wish them continuing success for many many years to come.

TrustpilotBen Lumley saves the day
Second time we’ve used Thomas Sanderson, were disappointed this time by the lack of communication and delay in production. However this more than made up for by the expert service and installation of Ben Lumley who does a perfect job and made up for this. It is down to Ben that we would use again if required.

GoogleThe Sanderson team did an excellent job, in difficult circumstances, from promotion through viewing, negotiation and handling the agreed sale. Throughout the process we were kept informed of what was happening from start to finish. Whilst the sale was somewhat protracted, Sandersons were able to negotiate with the buyer and solicitors' to enable successful exchange and completion. We will use them again.

Beware! Stay far far away from Sandersons in Kent as a student letting a company. They will lure you in with "discounts" and then after tying you into a contract, they will bombard you with hidden payments and then punish you with late fees and fines without mercy after carefully crafted (really confusing) payment dates to make up for their "discounts" and more.

We are sorry to hear you have had this experience. According to our records, our only communication with you which suggests you might feel this way is when you requested to pay your rent almost a month after the rent due date. Unfortunately we were obligated to decline your request on behalf of the landlord as payment was due on the dates agreed in your contract. We have no further record of a complaint being made and have left you a message requesting a call back. Please could you make contact to allow us an opportunity to look into the matter further and rectify any concerns you may have?

GoogleNever thought I'd give a letting agency 5*s but to be fair, all staff are extremely professional, helpful, polite and friendly. Sandersons have always been responsive, reasonable, and open to discussion. The fees are not extortionate as they are with many places. I have been pleased with the way things are handled by the company.
