Greedy dishonest people. Couldn’t sell my property for a year. But after canceling my contract and selling privately they send me a bill saying that I’m liable to pay there fee as I sold too quickly after therefore must have negotiated whilst still in contract. Beware! Complained to property ombudsman

Avoid at all costs, if I had not had the foresight to check the boiler before I turned it on in the property I had just moved in to. There would be 3 dead people. The staff are awful with little knowledge and simply bump you from department to department

GoogleOne very satisfied tenant. Our boiler died leaving us with no hot water or heating. With in a week the new system had been ordered and installed and the contractors stayed until late so as we had hot water for our children's bath. Cannot fault the service provided by Mann and Co Canterbury. Keep up the good work

I had a wonderful experience at Mann. I worked mainly with Anne, she was there every step with us as we purchased our first home. Nothing was ever too much trouble, even when I was calling her for updates non stop! Great communication. Would definitely recommend Mann

I gave Mann my details, and so far they've only been sending me properties which are out of my price range. I'm pretty sure they ask you your yearly income so that they can just decide what your budget REALLY is, and it's annoying as hell.

Literally have never ever experienced service like this before. Avoid like the plague - incompetent, rude, unprofessional and probably illegal some of the ways they practice. AVOID!!!!
