GoogleI was very impressed by the service I received from Leydon Lettings. From all the different agencies I already rented a room with, this has been the best service by far.
The tone of the communication with the staff members has been very friendly, fair and cooperative all the time and they were always quick to help me or to answer a question. In general, I got a reply regarding any concerns on the very same day, sometimes within an hour. Besides, the next steps to take were always clear.
As I am coming from abroad, communication was limited towards email. This was no problem at all and I can highly recommend renting with Leydon Lettings to everybody coming from abroad.

GoogleOn the whole I had quite a good experience with Leydon. Only issue was our property had been trashed by previous tenants and not checked or cleaned before one member of my house tried to move in. Leydon did then fix the situation but it should have been checked before new tenants arrived. Other than that Leydon kept us well informed and fixed issues quickly. Staff were always helpful.

GoogleThey are the worse letting agents in Canterbury. They showed me a property, and informed me that the one I would be living is under renovations to the same standard, which was not true. A room in the house was not furnished for the first 2 and half months. Emails are repeatedly ignored, whilst being bullied for rent. DO NOT USE LEYDON LETTINGS CANTERBURY.

GoogleJust in moved and a set of curtains needed replacing. Spoke to the girls in the office and a couple of days later and a contractor tu nee up to replace all of the curtains and nets. Bon Leydon himself then visited to check on the work and introduced himself. Very impressed and explained how he would like the bathroom and toilets re-tiled and tidied up.
