GoogleJust starting our second tenancy with Leydons. Many problems with the property when we moved in but gradually they have all been resolved to a decent standard (understandable as many properties to maintain). Customer service is good and prices are in keeping with the rest of the area

GoogleThey caused me many problems within my time with them and also didn’t maintain the house. Consistently getting things “sorted” but never getting the results. It’s a shame that the current staff couldn’t fulfill my expectations and instead come across as rather petty a bit too often.

GoogleRented a house from Leydon in my third year of university. They were excellent with response times and helping solve any problems they could. Unlike our previous estate agents, they weren't trying to squeeze every penny out of us. Highly recommend renting with Leydon!

We are sorry you felt you could only provide us with a 1* review. In any event, deductions from a deposit are based on an independent assessment of any damages to the property. We would not propose deductions more than what is fair and proportional. We follow a strict code of standards as a regulated letting agent and where possible, always endeavor to return the full deposit. In some instances, however, deductions are necessary. GoogleMost terrible place I’ve ever stayed in they tried to make us pay for things we shouldn’t be all the time , and the bathroom has a door that was mouldy and falling off at the bottom , disgusting 0/10

GoogleLeydon have been really helpful while renting with them. Other companies take advantage of students, but leydon have been really quick with maintenance issues and are helpful with other matters when you need them. Have recommended to others and would do so again.
