GoogleMy experience with this company was by and large a negative one. I found a lot of the staff to be very unhelpful (and a certain member who was actually quite rude on more than one occasion).
The rental procedure was unnecessarily convoluted with lots of very unclear forms and contracts which were incomprehensibly worded, and upon requesting further clarification, many of the points were contradicted by the estate agents.

Our legal paperwork is prepared by Painsmith Solicitors who ensure that all the very latest legislative amendments and processes are adhered to, and as i'm sure you can appreciate, we would like to protect both the interests of the landlord, and you as the tenant at all times. This will i'm sure from time to time include the need to word particular clauses in our paperwork which you may not be accustomed to.
We are disappointed that given this review has come following a considerable amount of time after your move out date, these points were not raised at any time during the initial rental process nor during the course of your tenancy with the Director Nicola.

You submitted an offer to rent a property during an active open afternoon of viewings on Saturday at midday. As the office is closed on a Sunday, the very earliest that we could respond to you was on Monday when we had found out the landlord's decision. It is not always possible to get an immediate answer on each individual offer, and we responded to you as quickly as was physically possible.
