I have just sold my flat through Oliver Jacques and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I always felt they were working for me and had my best interests in mind. Michael & his team have a wealth of knowledge and fortunately are there every step of the way to guide you through the process.

After months of looking for properties, OJ was the best real estate agency that we found. We directly interacted with Stephen who was professional, friendly and well informed about the property we were interested in. He made the whole process very easy. Would highly recommend both him and the company.

I have been dealing with Michael at Oliver Jacques in Surrey Quays for over 17 years. Michael helped me buy my flat back then and was very supportive and professional. Over the years Michael has helped me with advice and valuations whenever I have needed. Its very reassuring to know that there is a local agent that I can trust.

Very professional and easy to deal with. We kept second-guessing ourselves and expecting some catch to come up while letting a flat through OJ, but at every turn they proved competent and caring. All the staff are helpful and do their best to solve any issues, and we can't recommend them highly enough.

I've dealt with OJ for over 15 years - first as a tenant, then bought my house off them and recently used them to sell it. A thoroughly professional outlet offering a skilled sales team, and also good quality service chasing the sale through from offer to exchange. Highly recommended.

Very friendly and professional real estate agents. They are honest, friendly and helpful. Would recommend them. I didn't visit the branch, given the restrictions, but they showed us a few properties, they were always on time, prompt and had all the answers. Would recommend.

Purchased my first flat ever through them and within their remit they made my life and the whole hurdle as breezy as possible. Proactive and not just reactive they went out of their way to make things as smooth as could be. I'd definitely recommend.

Mr. Josh Heard from Oliver Jacques team helped me immensely in finding a suitable property as per my needs and not just that he always understood my work timings and offered viewings as per convenient time. Overall a great experience!
