Declan and Martyn have been most professional throughout our dealings. We had some disappointment early on and they both never gave up, in fact their determination even after our sole contract expired and they knew other Agents were now involved it spurred them on to make the sale!Albeit at a reduced price ( which of course is my final decision) we got there in the end and I am very happy!

GoogleRichardo is a very professional, approachable and friendly estate agent. From day zero when communication where just via email or text Richardo was polite, not "pushy" and available. Everything was then confirmed when met in person when we were viewing our new flat. We're glad Richardo was our agent as he helped us in a very genuine and friendly way to move forward with paperworks, extra viewings of the flat and concluding and signing our contract. He was also very polite and professional with our landlord. Definitely a great estate agent that we would highly recommend.

The most recent letting proved more challenging than usual due to factors beyond Martyn Gerrard's control so I needed really good advice about my options to avoid a void period. In deciding how best to deal with the situation, Anthony was extremely professional, practical and sensible in his advice and demonstrated a solid grasp of the lettings market. We achieved a satisfactory solution and I was very impressed and pleased with Anthony’s service.

GoogleMartin Collins at MG was the agent for a property I recently bought. I found the flat on Rightmove, but liaised a fair amount with Martin to arrange viewings, ask questions and generally for help getting through the (somewhat frustrating) purchase process. Martin was quick to respond and (largely due to his good relationship with the seller) made things happen and got answers where the solicitors and freeholders and banks failed. As such I hope to use them if needed the future. Thanks MG

GoogleAfter a very bad experience with Martyn Gerrard for a rent in Crouch hill a month before, we had to go back to them since the house we had spotted was only with them. I must admit that Richardo was very good and everything went smoothly for this one. We are now settled in a very nice Edwardian house in the area we were looking for in the price range we were expecting. Finally, going back to deal with them was the best decision!... which makes me feel the initial issue was possibly not their fault afterward...
