We put our house in whetstone on the market last year. After getting a few valuations i was thinking about using martyn gerrard however the agent did not like the price i was lookibg for and basically ghosted me... This was a real shame as i have dealt with this agent before (when phillip thompson worked in finchley central) they should not act like this. Disappointing as i think they have gone down hill since the old man had died

Both Martin and Mark have been exceptional during the viewing process. Martin was always knowledge and able to answer questions about the properties. He was friendly and professional, by far our favorite agents to work with. I'm sorry we didn't end up finding our property through them as they were above and beyond our best experience. We have recently viewed a few properties with Ms Annie Clarke and the whole experience was superb. She was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. In the last viewing she stayed on the property until 19:30 which is much longer than her working hours and she made sure that we have the time to check everything we needed. Rude agents..

Rude agents..The person I spoke with had an attitude from the second we began speaking. The advertisement on the platforms stated a full property cost but then individual rooms cost which made the advert seem like there were looking for one or two people. To which I was told I was a liar, I had also asked that they inform me when they intended to call as I have many meetings, but this was completely ignored and I had to hold a meeting for this call as i didn't know the number and was concerned it was something urgent. don't appreciate the conduct of the estate agent, It is very difficult to get properties right now. Potential tenants need some sympathy while we are struggling to find someone where not rudeness
